Bún Quậy is a well-known dish thanks to its broth, which is naturally sweet without added seasoning. The noodles are handmade on-site, and the toppings—fresh meat, chả, and squid—are incredibly fresh and flavorful, making it well worth the price.
Despite the name, there’s actually no “quậy” (stirring) involved… The chefs have already taken care of stirring the noodles and broth. Diners only need to mix their own sweet and sour dipping sauce, adjust the seasoning to taste, and enjoy!
