On the morning of February 20, Bình Dương Provincial Party Secretary Nguyễn Văn Lợi and a provincial delegation inspected the progress of the Hồ Chí Minh Road construction project, specifically the Chơn Thành – Đức Hòa section passing through Bình Dương.
During the visit, Mr. Lợi instructed Bàu Bàng and Dầu Tiếng districts to closely coordinate with relevant provincial departments to ensure land clearance is handed over to the construction units by February 2025. He also urged contractors to accelerate progress, aiming to complete technical traffic clearance by April 30, 2025.
The Chơn Thành – Đức Hòa section of Hồ Chí Minh Road, which runs through Bình Dương, is divided into three construction packages. Among them, Package XL1 (Km10+00 – Km41+150) is being executed by Đèo Cả Group. This section includes:
- Km10+00 – Km19+950: Passing through Bàu Bàng District
- Km19+950 – Km40+900: Passing through Dầu Tiếng District
The contractors are determined to open the road for technical traffic by April 30, 2025, and fully complete the project by August 2025, which is four months ahead of the contractual deadline.
